RE-ELECT
JEFF BROWER
For VOLUSIA COUNTY CHAIR
A Critical Turning Point for Volusia County’s Future
Volusia County is at a critical point in time for the future of our residents. Years of overdevelopment are felt widespread causing issues such as flooding, traffic, and polluted water. As Volusia County Chair I see our communities under development pressure to build in areas that should never be dredged, filled in and paved over. In order to attract entrepreneurs and new businesses we must protect our natural resources, develop vibrant downtowns, and offer a variety of relaxation and entertainment options.
Building Infrastructure that Safeguards Our Communities
Our development pattern needs to be changed from one that causes increased flooding to infrastructure that works with the environment and protects the neighborhoods around them. We also must protect the public by opposing the proposed Belvedere fuel terminal in Ormond Beach. If re-elected as Volusia County Chair, continuing to address flooding, infrastructure, polluted water, beach erosion, and opposing the fuel terminal are critical for public safety and making Volusia County business friendly. Now, more than ever, your vote impacts resident’s quality of life in Volusia County.
